Tony Miller

President

Tony is a visionary leader with a diverse background spanning 15 years of sales leadership in the insurance industry, driving M&A activities for an industrial packaging distributor helping it grow from $40M to $100M in less than 3 years, and building a 45-person marketing agency from scratch. His entrepreneurial spirit continues as he now develops the 35-acre Peak Surf Park in Tampa Bay that promises to redefine local recreation.

Andy Lyman

VP of Tech

With 34 years in Information Systems Technology, Andy Lyman has evolved from programming to CTO roles, influencing the tech landscape. As a former executive at Zenith Insurance and a tech entrepreneur with a successful exit, Andy’s leadership was recognized in Rotary International. He’s currently enhancing his expertise in the USF Doctor of Business Administration program, aiming for completion in 2025.

Zack Gettis

Controller

Zack Gettis, CEO and co-founder of DigivAI, brings a wealth of experience in finance and tech startups, including the successful launch of Neoware. With a background in CPA firms and executive roles at Wallack Holdings, Zack’s financial stewardship is pivotal to Brine Club’s growth and operational excellence, guiding the company towards financial stability and innovation.

Joshua Murray

F&B Partner

Joshua Murray stands as a seasoned cornerstone in the food and beverage landscape, with a journey spanning over 25 years. Rising through the ranks, Joshua has honed his craft from the ground up, mastering the intricacies of culinary artistry and restaurant management. As the Director of Food & Beverage at Conrad Orlando, he fuses tradition with innovation, curating exceptional dining experiences. His prior tenure as Executive Chef and Director at Conrad Washington DC solidified his reputation, culminating in his recognition as one of the Top 10 Most Influential F&B Leaders by Hotels Magazine in 2021.

Steve Logemann

Pickleball Specialist

Steve Logemann combines managerial excellence with a passion for pickleball, bringing over 20 years of diverse experience, including national sales management and commercial real estate brokerage. Known for his operational acumen and deep love for the sport, Steve is at the forefront of organizing premier tournaments and leagues at Brine Club, ensuring top-tier competitive and social experiences.

Dawn Oldroyd

Operations Specialist

Dawn Oldroyd excels in driving operational efficiency and product excellence with 20+ years in tech operations. Skilled in research, procurement, and QA, her broad experience spans international operations and customer satisfaction. F&B Consultant

Stephen Carter’s expertise in the food and beverage sector has been a driving force in his illustrious 15-year career. As an F&B Consultant and former Director of Food & Beverage at Hotel Celebration, part of the Autograph Collection, Stephen excels in orchestrating service delivery to enhance guest experiences. His commitment to excellence is underpinned by a strong foundation from the Culinary Institute of America. Stephen’s strategic approach and innovative solutions have consistently elevated hospitality settings he’s been involved with.

Alex Reece

Director

Alex is a seasoned entrepreneur with 30+ years in commercial real estate and tech investments, managing 1.5 million sq ft of mixed-use real estate. His global experience includes over two decades in China and backing industry giants like DraftKings, Lyft, and Airbnb. A results-driven leader, Alex is known for fostering innovation and team excellence, making him a pivotal figure in navigating and thriving in complex markets.
